We specialize in Personal tax preparation. We offer free e-file with every return that we prepare for both federal and state returns. Our aim is to keep our fees as reasonable as possible.

However, tax returns are not all we do. We offer services for your monthly filing requirements with the Federal and State taxation authorities, business formation (C-Corp, S-Corp and LLC), Obtaining Tax ID, quarterly and estimated tax payments, payroll and withholding requirements, domestic employees such as babysitters and housekeepers tax issues, assistance with applying for unemployment insurance for your business or your household employees, filing sales tax returns, retirement accounts, etc.
